Refund or Payment upon Termination

Upon termination of this agreement TAHM shall refund The Client any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all subscriptions after the  effective date of termination except for cause by TAHM under  in which case the member shall pay any unpaid fees covering the remainder of the term after the effective date of termination. In any case no termination will relieve the member of the obligation to pay any Fees payable to  TAHM for the period prior to the effective date of termination.
